The Family Reunion
WHY IT'S HERE
Curated weekend gathering of Black professionals, founders, and creatives in Virginia horse country, designed as an intimate alternative to large-scale conference culture.
The Family Reunion is a curated annual weekend gathering held in Middleburg, Virginia, the heart of Virginia's horse and wine country. The event brings together a select group of Black professionals, founders, creatives, and cultural leaders for an intimate three-day experience featuring private dinners, salon conversations, wellness programming, and outdoor activations. The gathering is designed as an alternative to large-scale conference culture, prioritizing depth of connection over volume of attendance and offering a luxury, residential atmosphere closer to a country house party than a convention.
