The Cookout's Atlanta members are organized around dinners, salons, and the annual UNCF Mayor's Masked Ball that anchors the city's December.
UNCF Mayor's Masked Ball

The UNCF Mayor's Masked Ball is Atlanta's most elegant Black-tie fundraising gala, benefiting the United Negro College Fund and its mission to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Founded in 1983 by then-Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young, the event has raised over $33 million for HBCU students. The ball draws Atlanta's most influential Black executives, politicians, entertainers, and cultural leaders for an evening of formal dinner, awards, and dancing. Honorees and attendees have included Coretta Scott King, Ambassador Andrew Young, Tyler Perry, and generations of Atlanta's Black professional class.
100 Black Men of America Annual Conference

100 Black Men of America traces its origins to a 1963 New York chapter founded by leaders including David Dinkins and Robert Mangum, with the national organization established in 1986. The Annual Conference brings together leaders, mentors, and members from chapters across the United States and internationally for several days of programming focused on mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment. The conference features keynote addresses, workshops, youth programming through the 100's Collegiate 100 and youth groups, and recognition ceremonies. Past speakers and honorees have included some of the most prominent Black executives, athletes, and political figures in the country.
Invest Fest

Invest Fest was founded in 2021 by Troy Millings and Rashad Bilal, the hosts of the Earn Your Leisure podcast, as a financial literacy conference for the Black community. Held annually in Atlanta, the conference brings together tens of thousands of attendees for three days of programming on investing, entrepreneurship, real estate, credit, cryptocurrency, and wealth building. Speakers have included Steve Harvey, Killer Mike, Pinky Cole, Charles Oakley, and senior executives from major financial firms. Invest Fest has rapidly become one of the most influential gatherings in the Black financial literacy movement.
Atlanta Fashion and Polo Classic

The Atlanta Fashion and Polo Classic is an annual event combining polo competition, fashion presentations, and luxury hospitality on the grounds of the Chukkar Farm Polo Club outside Atlanta. The day features a championship polo match, on-field fashion presentations from Black designers and luxury brands, champagne tastings, and a closing reception. The Classic has become a signature event on Atlanta's Black social calendar, drawing executives, athletes, designers, and creatives in formal daytime attire for one of the most photographed cultural moments of the year.
Xcel Summit for Men

The Xcel Summit for Men is an annual leadership and personal development conference held in Atlanta for Black men across professional, creative, and entrepreneurial fields. The three-day summit features programming focused on entrepreneurship, mental health and wellness, fatherhood, financial planning, and brotherhood. Sessions combine keynote addresses with intimate breakout conversations, masterminds, and curated social experiences. The summit has built a reputation as a thoughtful, growth-oriented gathering for Black men at every life stage.
